Basic to £65,000 Plus car allowance, Bonus and Extensive Benefits

As experts in the management of multi-site retail environments, they work with many of the UK's biggest retail sites to host regular as well as unique events, driving footfall, attracting investment and revitalising both successful and struggling locations.

As part of their long-term plan they are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to ensure they stay at the forefront of the market. As an ever-evolving business they are seeking a proactive, senior operations professional, who will relish the opportunity to act as an agent of continual change and improvement within the business.

They are resolute in their intent to fundamentally change certain aspects of their organisation. This role will not suit someone looking to maintain the status quo.

Applications are invited from experienced Operations Managers/Directors who have operated in privately owned multi-site businesses. Ideally you will have a background within the retail sector and relish to opportunity to take a successful profitable organisation through a journey of change, to ensure they are equipped for the next 100 years.
