A market leader in sourcing creative promotional merchandise for many clients around the world is looking for a highly organised Purchasing Administrator / Purchasing Executive.

Based in central London and working within established purchasing and sales teams.

Previous experience working confidently with Far Eastern suppliers and shipping logistics knowledge would be an advantage.

Level and salary is dependent on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Managing orders from beginning to end
- Ensuring documentation is accurate
- Effectively working with suppliers, mainly in the Far East, and freight companies
- Keeping Access database, spreadsheets and files up-to-date

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:

- Working within a fast paced administrative supply chain role
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Solid IT knowledge - Access database knowledge an advantage
- Working autonomously whilst also working effectively within a team environment
- Flexible in approach to work
