Leading Technology Organization

This Leading Technology Organization is seeking a Head of Procurement to create and implement multiple Procurement strategies across the Technology and Telecommunications categories. You will be based out of the organisations UK headquarters in brand new Central London offices.

You will report into the Procurement Director and have a close working relationship with other Senior Stakeholders, including the C-Suite Leadership team, assisting in the creation and implementation of multiple Procurement strategies across your assigned categories. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring Procurement, SRM and Contract management work closely and interests are aligned. You will manage the Technology Procurement Category and work with your team to ensure that procurement strategies are adhered to and business goals are met.

As the Head of Procurement, you will:

• Lead the Technology Procurement Category by utilizing your team to create and implement Procurement strategies to increase both savings and value
• Use your category expertise to create and implement procurement strategies across the Technology and Telecommunications categories (including networks, IT Services, Software, Hardware, etc.) You will also be responsible for all areas of indirects including marketing, professional services and FM.
• Work with Senior stakeholders, including the C-Suite leadership team, to agree business goals and formulate strategies to meet these

Key Requirements

• Experience in Strategic Procurement within the Technology Procurement Category covering, IT Services, Software, Hardware, etc.
• The ability to liaise with Senior Stakeholders at all levels of the business up to the C-Suite leadership team
• Experience in creating and implementing key procurement strategies across the technology category
