Global HR Senior Buyer - Prestigious FTSE 100 - West London - £40-55K + Package

Due to an internal promotion, an iconic FTSE 100 multinational is searching for a polished and driven procurement specialist with extensive experience across the HR / Prof Services categories. With a multi-billion dollar team spend across Indirect Procurement and a multi-award winning world class sourcing team, their new HR Category Specialist will enjoy a collaborative atmosphere and be expected to achieve quick promotion.

Whilst this position will involve managing one direct report within the Indirect Procurement Hub, people management experience is not necessarily a pre-requisite. Provided you have a background of fast career progression within procurement focussed positions and good experience across HR / Professional Services categories then this is a fantastic opportunity to break into a globally revered Fortune 500.

Due to the large responsibility and truly international remit within this role, the Global HR Procurement Manager be able to impact multimillion dollar spend and manage key suppliers within a key area of the business. Also, due to the fluidity of the procurement function and the organisation's interest in nurturing and developing talent, there will be multiple routes for progression both inside and outside of the HR / PS areas.

Qualifications desired:-

  • Degree from a leading university
  • MCIPS (or studying towards)
