Supporting the MD in the running of the business and directly managing a multi-sector recruitment team of 5, driving team performance to hit targets through the setting and managing of KPIs and business development across the sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Managing the team to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner
  • Business development - Bringing on new clients from cold to expand the client base
  • Supporting and Developing team members
  • Managing the team to ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Keeping team costs to a minimum and maximising profits
  • Carrying out all clients reviews
  • Coaching and motivating team members
  • Exploring areas to maximise profits
  • Develop the sales culture and create more structure, Call times, spec ins etc
  • Ensuring team are using the database and marketing tools to the best potential
  • Carrying out daily and weekly team meetings
  • Performance managing the team through KPIs and setting objectives
  • Completing proposals and tenders
  • Deliver presentations for new business
  • Help mobilise new contracts
  • Monitor client service levels
  • Delivering training to in-house staff
