We are ideally looking for someone who has had experience working in an MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) environment and who will manage the billing process to ensure customers are served in a manner that enhances their experience, capturing call records and ensuring that they appear on the bill when raised.

Skills/responsibilities required:

*A breadth of experience across many of the disciplines within the Billing world.
*A comfort with SQL and a broad operational knowledge of the nuances we face in a telco environment.
*The ability to work collaboratively, bringing others along with you, inspiring confidence and trust.
*Your resourcefulness, determination and persistence.
*A desire to be involved, to grow your knowledge and the experiences that you've accumulated and to learn from the awesome team around you
*A grasp on the bigger picture, allowing you to be front-footed and proactive
*Undertake analysis, providing meaningful reports and recommending appropriate actions
*Resolving issues

Role: Billing Operations Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £60K plus excellent benefits.
