Procurement Systems Assistant

Managing the day to day of Procurement systems - namely Bravo and developing/implementing reports on expired/expiring contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, technology focused, IT literate, aspiring Procurement professionals to get their foot in the door with a top UK Retail Giant. You will be working in direct support of the Head of Procurement within a reputable Procurement function, acting as the engine behind all Procurement activity.

Description

The main focus of the role will be the day to day management of the Bravo procurement system which is key to all Procurement activity. As a result my client are looking for a candidate with great exposure to the Bravo system, with IT experience including Word, Outlook, Excel, Ariba and SAP. This opportunity will also include the preparation of reports on key and expiring contracts, working closely with the finance analytics team and presenting weekly updates at team meetings.
