  • Liaising with the accounts team and showrooms to coordinate order delivery
  • General administrative work related to the fulfilment of the order
  • Coordination with the after sales and technical teams.

Required Attributes

  • Preferably English or French as a first language. However, fluent spoken English is a priority.
  • Computer literate
  • Well spoken with a pleasant, calm manner
  • Good telephone manner
  • Understanding of basic logistic and order fulfilment processes
  • Full CRB background check required due to financial access
  • Understanding of basic GDPR
  • Will be required to sign non disclosure agreement in regard to adherence with GDPR and company policy
