We are pleased to be working with a growing and successful property development company in Southampton who are looking to recruit an experienced Land Buyer to join their already established team.

As the Land Buyer you will be responsible for covering the Dorset and Hampshire counties, sourcing potential sites, building relationships with owners and closing the sale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and qualify potential plots of land/sites
• Assess suitability of sites for development
• Make introductions to land owners and develop relationships
• Negotiate sales price and close the sale
• Keep all parties updated through the process of sale
• Working with the planning authorities to keep up to date

Experience and Knowledge:

• Must have previous experience of land purchase
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Self- Motivated and organised

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary £50,000 + Commission
