A new position is available with this Large Global Logistics Provider for an Implant/Global Import/Export Account Manager Role, based within the Client offices in West London (Fashion Retailer). You should have either/and Shipping/Forwarding knowledge and strong account management skills.

- Work closely with Operations and other offices to ensure all shipments are on time and delivered within the agreed KPI target.
- Daily check that Origin and Destination offices are updating Supply Chain correctly.
- Feedback to the customers logistics team of any changes to key milestone dates
- Ensuring all sailing schedules are correct, helping with any system questions & offering assistance on logistics questions when required
- With assistance from buying, merchandising and logistics, ensure all deliveries are prioritised in order of importance.
- Using Supply Chain tool, ensuring unit & delivery capacity isn’t being exceeded
- Ensure Buying/Logistics team and customer warehouse team are kept updated and recommend solutions where possible.
- Adding all shipment details in ERP system (SAP), to ensure the DC has full visibility of stock arriving into the warehouse
- Using customer SAP system, doing regular checks to ensure details are being uploaded correctly by Buying teams & highlighting when potential non-compliance occurs.
- Working alongside operations to resolve any outstanding queries the customer might have
- Ensuring daily upload is cleansed and re-formatted for upload into Supply Chain.
- Working with customers buying team to close old PO data, running a weekly report on un-booked PO’s
- Participate in AM reviews and team meetingsVisit HQ at least once per month
