Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy recruiting permanent, temporary and interim professionals across the customer contact market.

We are pleased to be supporting a well-established FinTech business as they look to recruit a Deputy Operations Manager within their fast-paced sales through service contact centre. You will be responsible for the day to day running and people management of the contact centre operations, whilst directly managing 3 supervisors and coaching and leading a 50 FTE multichannel operation.

This is a challenging role that requires a resilient individual who is customer service focussed, but also target driven and experienced within a sales environment. You will need to be digitally minded and open to change, with the ability to consistently identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

Whilst the contact centre operates Monday to Friday, the right individual needs to be flexible and committed to the business, as well as hands on in order to step in and support teams as and when needed. The business is highly focussed on creating an energetic, personality driven culture and as such are looking for individuals who are friendly and outgoing.

To be considered for this role, you must have significant managerial experience within a multichannel/digital contact centre, as well as having led a team within a sales through service environment.
