Job Title: Systems & Operations Manager
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata)
Role: Part time (Permanent)

IDEAL CANDIDATE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone to ensure that our reporting systems and processes are as we want them to but with a focus on continuous improvement. You will be working directly with our Managing Director, Commercial Director and Sales Support Manager so your impact on the business and innovations will be recognised instantly and you will have the full support of the senior leadership team in how you support the wider team and business as a whole.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Excel user and has previous experience of managing sales reporting on a weekly basis as you will be required to compile accurate figures for all client reviews and business planning meetings. We are always looking at ways of analysing our data in different ways to help us improve so your inquisitive nature and way of working with numbers will serve you well.

We plan and forecast ahead so you will need to critique our systems and efficiencies and be confident to propose smarter ways of working as a collective. Some of the key areas will include:-

  • Updating company sales monitor with all activity ensuring 100% accuracy at all times
  • Produce weekly/monthly suite of management reports for Managing Director, Commercial Director and Team Managers
  • Use the office screens to ensure relevant and competitive sales data is broadcast to the company
  • Ensure company vacancy reports are accurate and managed at all times through Account Management and Consultant teams
  • Ensure a weekly suite of client reports are completed and issued to appropriate clients and used internally to drive service levels
  • Maintain full control of the company database, ensuring accurate candidate and client records are maintained at all times and all vacancy detail is represented in real time through the consultant team
  • Take accountability for our company application management and video interviewing platforms and ensure their usage is maximised to deliver efficiencies across the business
  • Ensure we stay at the leading edge with recruitment products such as LinkedIn by fostering great supplier relationships to ensure we are always amongst the first to capitalise on new developments in the marketplace
  • Take a pro-active approach to managing all our data systems and drive improvements with the team and our suppliers
  • Ensure the working environment is Health & Safety compliant and take accountability for all building related issues
  • Ensures company adherence to the IT policy providing the Managing Director with security reports on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all client terms and conditions are issued in a timely manner and docu-signed to ensure we hold a full library of terms for all client at all times, also ensuring these are regularly audited
  • Support the business where necessary with writing copy and/or tender documents

Our environment is never quiet, our priorities change all the time and there never seems enough time in the day to get everything done. With that in mind you need to be nimble, enjoy working in a fast changing environment, but also help glue us together with our systems and processes and challenge the team when they need to stick to a process to drive success and revenue.

This role has been created as a part-time position based on working 3 days or 24 hours per week so can be flexible around the right candidate to suit varying needs.
