Role: Purchase/Sales Support administrator (fixed term contract)

Salary: £16000 per annum

Location: Doncaster

Duration: Maternity cover from May 2019 to February 2020

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client is one of the UK’s largest wholesalers offering a product range through exceptional customer service and efficient delivery.

The Role:

Assisting in all aspects of the administration within a trading department that is responsible for both the purchasing and sales function. The department works on current market opportunities which vary from month to month. They currently export to Europe with plans to commence export outside the EU in the very near future.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Input
  • Sales Invoice input
  • Liaise with Warehouse
  • Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
  • Updating order logs
  • Returns and Credits
  • Despatch paperwork

The successful candidate:

You will be responsible for ensuring that internal administration processes are actioned in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working with initiative
  • Time management Skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in changing circumstances
  • Commercial skills and understanding
  • Excellent understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure
