Operations / Office Manager
Salary: £20,000 DoE per annum
Location: Chester

The Role:
This is a challenging role that will test the best. Working with one of Chester’s most high profile entrepreneurs, you will be the person who makes it happen behind the scenes. Liaising with suppliers, accepting stock and ensuring the correct warehousing; to managing a small team to ensure orders are picked, packed and distributed on time. You’ll be chasing debtors, undertaking stock checks, prospecting for business, sitting in on management meetings and sometimes serving customers face to face. You will be a jack of all trades and flexible enough to realise that some days, circumstances demand you’ll be pulling a late one. You will be as productive working on your own as you will within a team. One thing for sure, no two days will be the same.

This is one of Chester’s most high profile retailers with ambitious plans for development and growth throughout the North West. This is an exciting time to join the business as the ground work has been done, the three to five years is all about growth.

Required Skills:
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
A full driving licence
An ability to engage all demographics
A hunger and desire to develop your career
A leader, and manager, and most of all a people person

The Package:
£20,000 dependent on experience
28 days annual holiday, including bank holidays
