Operations Support Manager

Our client, a Financial Service organisation based in Canary Wharf, London are looking for an Operations Support manager to work alongside their training academy. This role is an 18 month Fixed term contract.

The Operations Support Manager role in a nutshell:
You will be responsible for providing project and operational support to our clients’ academy leadership team.
Working closely with senior leadership to support induction, development and transition of new starters into their role. Your role will be key to the success of the academy and in achieving the goal of delivering in excess of 200 starters this financial year.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in HR and other teams to improve the recruitment and induction process working across all aspects of the new colleague journey, spotting trends and proactively suggesting ways to improve efficiency and maintain engagement.

To be successful as an Operations support manager you will have:
• Strong planning skills gained through working on projects
• Great customer service and ability to resolve disputes
• Confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
• Problem solving skills and be proactive
• Clear communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint, word and excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Project Server and Microsoft SharePoint
