Graduate Buyer

A Graduate Buyer required to join a high performing and world class procurement team working with a manufacturing business.

The Graduate Buyer will work closely with the Sourcing Manager and will be responsible for assisting in sourcing and purchasing components from a global supplier basis.

As an overall team, you will assist in the delivery of savings and inventory targets whilst maintaining the security of your supply chain that delivers continuous and On-Time component availability.

The Graduate Buyer is a developmental role within the Procurement / Purchasing team with a view to progressing the successful individual.

The successful applicant will be of Degree calibre and will have some early level experience working in a purchasing environment where you have developed some negotiation skills.

You will also be strong at analysing and interpreting data, which will include analysing data within Excel.

This role will suit a self-motivated candidate who has a passion and drive to develop their careers in Procurement / Purchasing.

Ideally you will be working towards your CIPS qualification.
