Position: Sales & Purchasing Support Administrator Location: Manchester Salary: £18000 - £20000 per annum As a Sales & Purchasing Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to Account Managers that will enable them to increase turnover and sales. Following relevant training, youll also be able to get involved with providing quotations to customers over the phone. Youll need clear and concise communication and customer skills and the ability to adjust your skills to handle different clients, making the effort to understand their individual needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Processing customer and supplier orders and offers and chasing purchasing o Data entry for projects and marketing requirements o Answering the telephone and transferring calls o Requesting pricing from suppliers ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE o Previous administration experience o Fluent written and spoken German language skills, in addition to English o As a Sales & Purchasing Support Administrator, you must be efficient and organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload as youre likely to be working to tight timescales. o You will have good IT literacy skills, particularly using Outlook, Office and Excel. Youll enjoy working in a team and have a friendly, honest and helpful attitude.
