My client, a leading 3PL is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for their site in Lutterworth.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 3pm - 12pm (Midnight)
Salary: £27,000
Responsibility
Working with a small but very busy team you will take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient shift. Leading the team you will be required to direct the daily, weekly and monthly activities; providing shift leadership, motivation, training and development to the workforce. Instil a "Safety First" culture and ensure that H&S standards and targets are adhered to. You will need to work in partnership with the site team and customer and develop strong relationships within their network along with work closely with the Transport team to deliver a cohesive service with high service levels.
