Major US Real Estate Investment Trust Company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Analyst within Facilities & Maintenance to join its Head Office in Alexandria, Virginia. Within a team of 3, you will directly be managing a $25m spend across Facilities & Maintenance which cover both Hard FM and Soft FM such as Janitorial and Elevator Services, Security, Air Conditioning Equipment, Plumbing, Catering, Maintenance Supplies and Waste Management. You will be directing the sourcing negotiations for the Facilities & Maintenance category and will have the opportunity to provide a heavy influence toward Senior Stakeholders, such as the Maintenance Directors and Operations Managers, on developing the Procurement strategy.

The REIT Company has been at the forefront of developing apartments across the US in which they have a portfolio of up to 100,000 apartments within hundreds of communities nationwide.

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst within Facilities & Maintenance, you will be:

• Negotiating with and managing vendors to maximize performance and reach cost savings targets
• Working with internal stakeholders in carrying the Facilities Management and Overall Procurement strategy forward
• Analyzing annual spend data and develop Strategic sourcing strategies
• Developing and nurturing new relationships with suppliers in which managing the bid process

To be a successful Senior Sourcing Analyst within Facilities & Maintenance, you must have:

• Strong procurement and strategic sourcing background within Facilities & Maintenance, preferably for both Hard & Soft Services
• Experience within contract management and vendor management
• Stakeholder management skills, in which you have collaborated with partners across different levels
• Bachelor's degree within Supply Chain Management or any other relevant discipline
