Operations Manager - National Bar and Club business
Location: Relocate to Brighton
Salary: Starting at £65,000 + bonus and head office
One of the UK's leading late-night operators are looking to bring on an operations manager, reporting to the CEO. This modernized group own and operate some of the best know venues in the industry and have gone from strength to strength over the past few years. You will provide support where needed, build team spirit and most importantly, drive sales.
The ideal Candidate:
* Currently in an Area/Operations role in a modern bar or club group.
* Proven experience of overseeing and driving lasting growth in sales
* good experience of property, acquisitions and relaunching
* Experience over overseeing a minimum of £5 million revenue
* An individual who can see a vision and commit to something long term
Location: Brighton
Salary: Starting at £65,000 + bonus
