Deputy Manager-Operations

Flagship Deputy Manager -Operations/Back of House up to 30k We are delighted to be partnering with this Luxury, tailoring heritage brand, looking for a talented and experienced Operations Deputy Manager, within Saville Row. This role will be supporting the Flagship Store Manager with the over-all operations of the store and taking ownership of the back of house and effective store processes, to maximise sales and service. This is a Luxury menswear brand and for time to time you will take on Duty Manager responsibilities. A background from a Made to measure brand, is ideal but not essential. You will come from a solid operations background and be able to hit the ground running As an established operations retail leader, you will be responsible for the engine of the store. To be successful in the role, you will: Have strong organisational skills and an excellent communicator, able to build strong partnering relationships to effectively manage all store operations. Lead a the retail team to deliver consistent stock room and back of house processes, to maximise shop-floor sales. Implement effective processes and value/impact to drive sales and efficiency Manage deliveries, discrepancies and faulty stock effectively, reducing stock loss and impacting profit. You will know the stockroom like the back of your hand and mentor the store team to take ownership and pride over the stockroom. Support replenishment and productivity. Maintain excellent relationships with external tailors. Values driven and taken on the role of store 'mentor' and 'ambassador' This is an exciting role, within a stunning store based in Saville Row.
