Operations Manager - Renewable Energy Kings Lynn / East Anglia £60,000 Experienced Operations Manager / Production Manager sought by leading organisation in the Anaerobic Digestion part of the renewable energy sector for their well-established sites across the UK. Excellent remuneration package & career prospects available up to £60k plus package. Working for an important player in the renewable energy industry, this company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the day to day successful running of a number of established & new build AD sites. You will lead an established team including O&M engineering, project management (managing upgrades to process site) & training / upskilling of staff, ensuring the smooth, safe & profitable running of the sites. With a responsibility for managing the operations of 10+ busy industrial process sites, this is a challenging role that will be very visible to board level management & continued success will result in further career opportunities. To be considered you will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent in engineering & with operational experience gained in the renewable energy sector. Experience gained at a similar level such as General Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, Senior Operations Manager will be required as well as a broad understanding of process engineering (renewables, food, power generation). The financial package on offer for this role is very attractive with a basic of up to £60k. Location, home base ideally around Kings Lynn to cover sites from South Yorkshire to East Anglia.
