Logistics Support Coordinator
A supplier of high quality radiators and accessories are currently seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator.
The Logistics Support Coordinator role is an important position within the company and requires an individual with a solid logistical background and excellent numerical skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish trust relationships with resellers and stockists to the point that he/she becomes the main point of contact for all stock queries
- Manage the customer portals and ensure that messages are responded to within the agreed time frames
- Investigate and process customer returns
- Deal with pricing and stock availability queries for customers over the phone
- Proactively encourage customers to place orders and follow through to delivery
- Interact with our UK 3PL partners and manage all logistical exceptions
- Liaise with Quality Team to avoid quality control issues or chargebacks from customers
- Manage activities throughout the order cycle to make sure established deadlines are met and customers informed of any changes
- Inform customers of any delays to agreed deadlines
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills:
- Excellent numerical analysis skills
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are a must
- Proven track record in a role where end-to-end ownership of a logistical cycle was required
- At least 2 years of using any ERP system
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
