My client it looking for an experienced Operations Director within the B&I and Education sector of Contract Catering industry.

The role:

  • Develop and grow the existing business;
  • Recruitment, motivation and development of the existing Operations Managers;
  • Direct report into the Managing Director;
  • Strategic approach to the business with a perspective of a continous growth;

  • Ability to hit the ground ruinning; 
  • minimum 2 years of experience within the B&I or Private Education sector of Contract Catering is necessary; 
  • Very strong commercial and financial acumen focused on maximising the revenue as well as budgeting and cost analysis;
  • Innovative and open minded approach;

The package 

  • Up to £70.000 basic salary;

The location:

  • Contracts focused mainly in London and South East.
