Contract Manager
Salary- £50-£55k + Package
The Client is currently looking for a new Permanent Contract Manager. They have a large demand within the company at the moment due to workload. Projects across retail hotel & leisure, commercial and banking sectors - clients such as Reece, Ikea, Lego, Selfridges
Their workload is predominately fast track small works, fit out and refurbishment, with jobs ranging from £250k - £3m Projects can run from 2 weeks through to 4/5 months.
Contract Manager will be overseeing up to 3-4 sites - depending on complexity of project. Will be working min 2/3 days in the office with the rest visiting site.
The Client would like somebody based within an hour of their office. Looking for someone independent and has worked from scope of works through to final accounts.
Duties will entail- managing the project, working alongside the Quantity Surveyor, liasing with the site managers and communicating with the client.
Ideal candidate:
Min 4+ years working at CM level
Open to nationwide travel
Experience overseeing multiple sites at various stages of completion
Overseen projects up to the value of £3m - inception to completion
