Description

  • Responsible for leading, training and managing a team of up to 40 warehouse staff
  • To manage positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for the running of an entire shift and ensure that all customer orders are dispatched
  • Manage the daily performance of a warehouse on a 2pm-10pm shift
  • Ensure a high health and safety level is maintained
  • Support all relevant projects

Profile

  • Has excellent people management skills
  • Can drive performance in a positive manner and develop future leadership
  • Is able to develop teams and foster a developmental environment
  • Has a strong customer orientated working style
  • Preferably has experience of integrating projects
  • Managing within a Value Added Service environment is an advantage

Job Offer

A salary of £35,000 with a strong bonus package
