A leading FMCG brand.
Description
- Responsible for leading, training and managing a team of up to 40 warehouse staff
- To manage positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Take responsibility for the running of an entire shift and ensure that all customer orders are dispatched
- Manage the daily performance of a warehouse on a 2pm-10pm shift
- Ensure a high health and safety level is maintained
- Support all relevant projects
Profile
- Has excellent people management skills
- Can drive performance in a positive manner and develop future leadership
- Is able to develop teams and foster a developmental environment
- Has a strong customer orientated working style
- Preferably has experience of integrating projects
- Managing within a Value Added Service environment is an advantage
Job Offer
A salary of £35,000 with a strong bonus package
