Client Details

My client are a highly successful company who have a talented support network driving them forward into a new business space. They have began their build up and are looking to bring on an experienced Operations Manager in order to aid with the structuring and long term growth of the UK branch

Description

· Recording accounts in Xero and Exact

· Production and process of sales and purchase invoices/ recharging costs

· Production of annual budget and monthly management accounts

· Keeping accurate records of documents and agreements

· Companies House annual fillings

· Preparation of statutory accounts

· VAT returns each quarter to HMRC.

· Corporation tax returns

· Managing suppliers

· Filling

· Online banking

· Payments runs

· Reconciling all accounts

· Ensure all staff and PAYE is paid on time every month.

· Issue payslips

· Supporting recruitment/issuing new contracts.

· Pensions

Profile

· Understanding of the investment environment- preferred but not essential

· Able to use Xero accounting software

· Advanced knowledge of Excel

· Tidiness and attention to detail is a must

· Strong work ethic

· Able to manage and forward plan time to meet deadlines

· Able to pick up additional tasks if necessary

· Good at working in a team

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid up to a maximum of £48,000 depending on experience level ad have the opportunity to get involved with a fast growing company in an interesting environment at a instrumental time.
