HR Operations Manager - Kings Cross
The Company
I am looking for the ideal candidate to fill this HR Operations Manager opportunity. This role is working within a small sized Architectural company based in Kings Cross, London.
Location - Kings Cross
Pay - Up to 55k
The Role
You will join the HR function, helping the HR team with Generalist responsibilities. You will be responsible for the general running of the HR function, working underneath the Head of HR. The key responsibilities are outlined below;
- Main point of contact for all HR Generalist tasks.
- Oversea and own Global Mobility throughout the company.
- Be the face of ER..
- Assist with company payroll.
- Assist Head of HR with projects.
- Mentoring HR Coordinator .
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have fantastic person and communication skills, they will need to be confident and be able to use their own initiative. It would also be great if you had the following experience;
- Experience within a high-speed environment.
- Have experience working within a creative organisation (architectural, media, publishing).
- Are CIPD qualified.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Exposure to global mobility and payroll.
- Working within an international company.
