Supply Chain Analyst (SIOP) - Cramlington

We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to be responsible for Supply Chain (S&OP) analysis functions in Europe.

Part of the BioProduction (BPD) Division, the team in Cramlington produce our range of Single-Use Technologies (SUT) which are typically used by biopharma companies around the world for drug development. We produce more than 2,000 products for our growing customer base and have been producing these products at Cramlington since 1997.

The role:

  • Compile key metric data and perform analysis for S&OP, Class A ERP and supply chain needs
  • Development of S&OP data models and calculations for demand and supply requirements
  • Manage MTO product lead times via analysis of component lead times
  • Generate and maintain standard component library
  • Generate and supply internal component forecasts
  • Reporting analytics on inventory and performance against target
  • Maintenance of materials and logistics settings with Oracle ERP system
  • Calculate and report on-time shipment performance and back orders
  • Manage MTS data and demand forecasts in Oracle ERP system

The person:

  • Proven experience with ERP systems and working knowledge of MRP methodology
  • Experience in Business / Supply Chain analysis
  • Experience in Production Planning / Supply Planning
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly using Excel for data analysis

Role is 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary up to £35k, depending on experience
