Job Title: Telecoms Account Director - Network Operator Sector

Location: Reading

Salary: £competitive based on skills and experience + commissions + car/cash allowance

Permanent|Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available

Our Role

In this role you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of high value complex sales, alongside standard BAU portfolio from specific Network Operator target accounts. Working with the Network Operator Head of Sales and Sector Director, you'll build a breakthrough sales strategy, activity and objectives to deliver the business cases for planned strategic growth of the core SSEET network. In addition you'll establish credible relationships with specific Network Operator customers and partners to build the required pipeline to 4 times target, supporting BAU business development and high value complex opportunities. Working with the entire SSE Enterprise Telecoms business development team you'll develop and deliver new orders to deliver the targets.

Your Skills and Experience

You will be a confident and tenacious salesperson with a firm grasp on the UK Telecoms market and its current trends, competitor positioning, market dynamics and developments. You will have a good understanding of working within a large matrixed environment to deliver high value proposals and solutions to customers. Knowledge of strategic selling strategies such as: Miller Heimann, SPIN, TAS, Holden or similar would be advantageous.
