The rapidly expanding team are passionate about delivering the best service possible for their clients and are now seeking an Operations Manager to act as the lynchpin in the Company and support future growth.

  • Process Improvement : You will be an integral part of building new processes and mechanisms as well as driving improvements across the business.
  • Resource Planning : Build and maintain highly efficient resource planning / scheduling processes.
  • Teamwork : Work alongside the Account Management team to gain insight into future projects that you will need to resource & schedule.
  • Performance Management : Track and report company metrics. Use data to optimise processes, creatively solve problems and track results.
  • Drive results. Work with the CEO to forecast and set goals. Create an environment of analytical thinking and precision in execution to hit goals.
  • Client Liaison: Work alongside clients, ensuring they are kept updated on resourcing solutions.
  • Share information: Communicate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, and process feedback
  • Problem Solv e: Manage urgent projects, prioritise tasks and overcome obstacles that come your way.
  • Finance: Be a point of liaison with external accounting function, finding and sharing information as required and implementation of clear and compliant financial process across the business.

  • Analytical high growth mindset with experience of working in a consultancy business model.
  • Ability to develop, create and improve systems, structures, and processes.
  • Resource planning and scheduling experience.
  • Experience solving complex problems, exercising good judgement in decision-making.
  • Excellent communicator capable of motivating a team, working cross-functionally and liaising with external stakeholders as needed.
  • Data-driven by nature, strong attention to detail, and obsessed with process improvement.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy and driven individual with the ability to grow with the role.
