The Company

This London company are one of the top businesses in their sector. Specialising in the design, productions and delivery of promotional products for multiple sectors, they work with over 20 of the Worlds most valuable brands in sectors including, automotive, finance, food, logistics, technology and retail. The company is proud of its office and work place environment. The large team are a welcoming, diverse and social group and staff turnover here is very low. Due to continued growth the company is now keen to expand is buying team are specifically looking for someone with experience of Far-East markets…

The Role

This is an important role for the business that will see the successful candidate involved in all aspects of the purchasing process. You must have experience working with Far Eastern suppliers to be considered here and the ability to manage a small team is also highly desirable. Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing directly or indirectly the most appropriate suppliers for each brief.
• Assist and support the Junior Buyers and Buyers alongside the Sourcing Manager.
• Utilise skills to negotiate best prices, payment terms and deals from suppliers.
• Proactively manage costs, in line with required profit margins and budgets.
• Manage and/or assist with all RFP proposals.
