My client is a very well established and highly successful company based in West London and they are looking to add to their fantastic operations team!

working in a team of 4, you will be responsible for all stock in/ out & invoicing administration. This is a very fast paced role, and requires someone with experience in the Logistics sector - this is absolutely essential for this role.

This is a very exciting time to join this rapidly growing company. They will also be migrating to a new group ERP platform in the coming months, to ensure their success continues with their growth.

This activity will place huge demands on existing staff member's time, particularly key ERP users in the Operations team.

Covering the full spectrum of their operations activity, from inbound products to customer deliveries, the Ops Administrator will be responsible for transactions across:

  • Warehouse pick generation & order releases via EDI
  • Managing open sales orders
  • Managing customer delivery requirements and POD's
  • Stock queries, shortages and product code requests
  • Invoice generation
  • Phone queries
  • Photo request processing

Although a highly transactional role, the following key skills will be required:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict daily routines
  • Previous experience of Microsoft NAV is highly desirable
  • Significant user experience of ERP systems is absolutely essential
  • Can do attitude.
