Our client is part of a European based group of high technology/ engineering companies. They are now seeking a Supply Chain Administrator, based at their UK service headquarters in Milton Keynes. Part time - hours to suit.
You will have worked in a similar environment for 3 years+ providing supply chain and admin support.Knowledge of MS Office and Sage 200 or similar.
Duties include:
- Purchase Orders invoice matching ensuring all Purchase Orders, Delivery notes and Invoices are recorded, signed for and passed through the Finance team.
- Support the Warehouse team in creating new Documentations.
- System administration, update the system when Master data requirements change ie: Intrastat and commodity code change.
- Support Order Management in producing KPI reports
- Run Management Information reports from the Protean Service Management system including Stock usage, Engineers Utilisation
- Update the Quality Team of the status for all IMS documentation and Risk Assessments
- Facility Manager administrative support, monitor Energy consumptions, ensure consumables for the building are ordered and Projects are tracked and diarised giving updates to stake holders.
