Description

  • Proactively manage the administration of the company`s suite of contract and governance documentation;
  • Collating final contracts and liaising with suppliers and stakeholders;
  • Support the Head of Procurement and Procurement Manager/s in resolving purchasing issues, supporting processes and will be responsible for assisting and/or managing local procurement activities under OJEU thresholds

Profile

  • Worked in a procurement, commercial or contract management environment;
  • Good understanding and experience of procure to pay (P2P) systems and processes as well as contractual documentation and governance requirements
  • Basic understand of e-tendering systems/tools
  • Organisational competencies and file management systems
  • Has been exposed to planning and producing reports
  • IT skills including use of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
