Procurement - Category Lead - HR Contingent Labour - Global - Multinational Engineering Supermajor - West London - £70 - £75k + Outstanding Package

Global engineering pioneer continues to grow exponentially and innovate cutting edge technologies within the advanced international markets in which they operate and dominate. With contingent labour spends valuing in the billions of pounds, they are looking for a proven HR and Contingent Labour procurement professional to spearhead this mammoth global category area!

Your main duties in this exciting global procurement role will involve;-

• Managing a total spend of $1 billion across contingent labour globally which includes, professional services and other services.
• Interfacing with senior executive stakeholders from across the wider business, influencing and developing strategy on how to better comply.
• Negotiating and building relationships with new and existing key suppliers globally.

Skills required / necessary HR and Contingent Labour procurement background;-

• Must have an HR and Contingent labour procurement background from a global blue-chip organisation.
• Demonstrable savings and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives up to board level.
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
