Our client, an established name within financial services, are seeking a high-calibre manager to join their operations team.

This is a key leadership role and the job-holder will be responsible for managing a team of 12 towards sales and service KPIs. You will be instrumental in delivering excellent training and support to the team and acting as a referral point.
