Our client are seeking an ambitious, hard-working Supply Planner to join their growing team. As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for planning the production of their product and will have the opportunity to work across the wider business creating contingency plans for our supply and production and running continuous improvement

Location - London

Salary - up to £30,000

Your main responsibilities as Supply Planner / Production Planner / Supply Chain Controller will include:

  • Own and be accountable for the production planning of the business
  • Careful stock management to ensure we meet our minimum stockholding but don't hold excess inventory
  • Project manage and own continuous improvement projects
  • Reporting on key production measures including month end stock counts to our Finance team
  • Work cross-functionally with the wider operations team to ensure the smooth running of supply
  • Analyse and implement KPI data to drive positive change within the supply chain
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external A bit about you:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Confident and competent in excel
  • Organised with keen attention to detail
  • Skill for relationship building with external suppliers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Loves problem-solving
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously
  • Creative with an open-minded approach, hungry to learn and always looking to improve
  • Must love animals

Key skills/experience required for the position of Supply Planner / Production Planner / Supply Chain Controller -

  • 2 years experience - ideally within FMCG
  • Strong Excel skills - Pivot Tables, V Lookups
  • Strong communication skills and confident when meeting with stakeholders within the business and suppliers across the UK
  • Relationship Building
  • Stock Management
