Our client, a large Branded International hotel company with hotels in key locations across the UK and world wide are currently seeking an Manager of Analyst Operations. This role would also be perfect for a Business, Commercial, Revenue Analyst or Senior Revenue Analyst looking for their next step. This role will be based in Hertfordshire Watford.

The Manager Analyst Operations will ensure revenue is maximised and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination, creation and regular production of revenue management reporting, processes and procedures. As Manager Analyst Operations, you will create, maintain and manage a qualified and effective team of twelve Revenue Analysts within both the commercial and technical analyst teams and support their development and career progression, including direct line management responsibility. The Manager Analyst Operations will ensure the team create, update and share the full suite of the teams reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc basis to all relevant parties.

The Manager Analyst Operationswill be a strong and active member of the Analytical team which support both the overall Revenue team and the Hotel operators. You will drive the innovation of the Revenue Analyst department by engaging in project work and responsibilities that actively enhance the performance and scope of the Revenue Analyst Team’s capabilities.

Currently in a similar role or a Revenue Manager you will be an experienced Analyst with excellent analytical, excel and report writing skills looking to step into a more challenging role.

Experience

2 - 4 years of hands-on Analyst in data and operation
