RoCHe Recruitment is currently representing an exciting, vibrant and fast-growing start-up which broke into the FMCG scene two years ago. Due to their amazing year and continued growth, they are now looking to add a new member (Supply Planner) to their talented operations team, reporting straight in to the Head of Supply Chain. The Supply Planner will have a very full plate, in charge of managing production planning, analysing KPIs, ensuring the smooth supply of goods and always getting the best out of supplier relationships.
There's also a very exciting new project going on at the company involving a third-party production facility, and the Supply Planner will be the main point of contact for making sure everything runs smoothly.
This is a role ideally suited to a very bright and communicative graduate with 1-2 years of supply chain experience, looking for their next career step.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within supply chain in an FMCG / Food Production/ Wholesale environment.
- Confident, not afraid of taking the initiative and building new relationships.
- Creative, hungry to learn, intelligent and with a love of problem-solving.
- A team-player with the ability to work independently.
- Analytical and organised with great numerical skills.
- Great with Excel (pivot tables are a must!)
- A people-person who doesn't mind an office dog or two.
