Entering a period of unprecedented growth and investment, blue-chip FMCG major seeks a high-achieving change management specialist to drive efficiencies across their global sourcing & supply chain practise. Joining the firm as they seek to implement new methods of delivery, the successful individual will partner with executive stakeholders to drive supplier performance and new initiatives. Entering the firm as they go through an exciting period of growth, this position has a clear path to development within 12-18 months as the organisation seek to live out their culture of promoting internally.
Supply Chain project specialist Job Profile:
- Partnering with global stakeholders to determine the strategy for new product ranges and expanding the firm's global reach
- Working with a broad supply base, defining how to maximise profitability/value from each product sourced
- Liaising with various areas of the business including procurement, supply chain, sourcing, legal, finance and operations
- Managing external relationships with Suppliers and Clients to ensure the consistent development of new products
Job requirements:
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive new ideas
- Experience influencing change within a leading organisation
- Management consulting experience a benefit but not essential
- Strong numerate skills, including experience working with Excel and data analytics tools
- Keen to learn, take on responsibility and progress quickly
