We are recruting for an Operations Manager to lead the team at one of our sites in Derby.

£35,000 - £40,000

Job Summary

• Support Bid Team in sales process
• Support Customer Service Managers in implementation of mobile services to new clients, and maintain regular communication to ensure client service standards and delivery plans are being met
• To provide guidance and support to Clinical Operations and Resource Management teams to ensure effective service delivery
• To support Operations Manager in developing and maintaining high standards of service within the team
• To ensure that the service is efficient, effective, high quality and contractually compliant

Key Responsibilities

Support Bid Team in sales process:
• Provide support on mobile related issues during bid
• Attendance at sales presentations to provide operational input as required

Support Customer Service Managers:
• Liaise with CSM and client contacts to establish requirements
• Manipulate and present data into a format to support delivery
• Ensure CSM’s are kept informed of any pertinent issues relating to service delivery
• Ensure required MI data is provided in a timely fashion

Support Clinical Operations & Resource Management teams:
• Responsibility for filing/archiving systems, ensuring an effective document control procedure is followed.
• Ensure available resources are allocated effectively and efficiently, and identify where any potential for increased scheduling efficiencies
• Provide guidance to COT team to respond to client queries and operational delivery
• Support COT Team Leader in training of new staff
• Assist resource Management Team in ensuring availability of resources and effective delivery of services.
Standards of service
• Assist with documentation and application of existing procedures
• Review and identify areas of potential improvement in current processes, and implement approved changes
• Support investigation and appropriate response to complaints received
• Collation of internal MI and performance data
