What you’ll do
Reporting in to the Vendor Management & Procurement Manager and working with 1 other vendor Management & Procurement analyst you will be:
Involved in the process of purchasing equipment and services for IT and Marketing through IG’s purchase order system predominantly through raising purchase orders, creating quote requests and negotiation with vendors.
Supporting the establishment of best practice procurement processes within the company.
Work with contract owners to identify high risk vendors and ensure that due diligence processes are
Maintaining a contracts’ database, enabling contract owners to complete renewals and cancellations in line with contract deadlines.
Working with stakeholders to maintain IT budgets and monitor actual spend.
Producing vendor due diligence statistics to create dashboard content for the Vendor Committee.
Administering the software license database on ServiceNow.
Who you’ll be
This is a busy role in which you will be able to manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and manage stakeholders. You will be responsible, motivated and enthusiastic and able to take a practical approach to problem solving and have excellent attention to detail. You’ll need experience in;
- Working with 3rd party vendors in a procurement admin or vendor management role.
- Working in financial services or other regulated industry
- Procure to pay processes
