A bit about my Client
My client is all about great food and drinks served cool, traditional, current, gastro, hotel sites with an unrivalled range of the very best quality seasonal food, cocktails and beers. Each business has its own character and style ranging from the ultra-modern and bustling pub dining experience to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the 'local' at the very hub of its community. My client remains in a strong financial position with expansion & redevelopment plans across the estate planned in the next few years. This group consists of individual sites that will require a unique approach to sustaining existing business & developing it further.
The Operations Manager role
As Operations Manager you will be directly responsible for up to 10 – 12 General Managers, accountable for setting & achieving financial targets set by the Director and generating additional revenue through precise controls and the training of your managers. Operations Managers will be required to regularly report to directorship level on all projects under their remit in addition to their standard procedures.
The right Person
To be successful in your application you will have been an Operations or Area Manager with a track record of success! You will have experience with fresh food operations with a wet led background. Coming from a hotel background would also be a major benefit.
