Contracts Manager - Asbestos Removal - South East £33,000 - £38,000 + Benefits The Client: * HSE licensed and UKAS accredited Asbestos specialist * Privately owned, and rapidly growing * Diverse client and project base * Offer complete portfolio of Asbestos services The Role: * Management of Asbestos Removal team * Preparation of notifications, risk assessments and method statements * Building excellent rapport with new and existing clients * Carry out site audits The Candidate: * Extensive experience within the Asbestos removals sector * Proven track record in a Contracts Manager role * Excellent client / project management skills * Ability to lead and motivate a team The Package: * Basic salary between £33-38k depending on experience * Fully expensed company vehicle * Ongoing professional development opportunities * Career progression Commutable Locations: Dartford, Hextable, Swanley, Orpington, Chiselhurst, Sidcup, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Welling, Erith
