Head of Logistics - Direct to Consumer Salary: £Competitive + Car/Allowance + Excellent Benefits Location: Wellingborough / Chertsey Role Profile: This is a key hire for our client, the successful candidate will manage the UK logistics Direct to Consumer (DTC) E-Commerce operation for customers across the UK. You will work collaboratively to deliver key business objectives with all board level members. You will own both the day to day operational requirements as well as support the short/medium and long term ambitions of the business. Key activities: The Head of Direct to Consumer is a crucial role within the DTC business, and a key part of my client's strategic direction to develop a credible and successful DTC business in the UK. The successful applicant will have experience of leading within a successful E- Commerce retailer, DTC business or E-Commerce fulfilment operation. The individual will have been fully accountable for the delivery process from order creation, through execution to customer delivery. Ensuring the customer promise and experience is of the highest standards.
