General Manager
Park Royal
£70,000 - £80,000 +Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Role Profile
Based in Park Royal Cast UK's client is looking to strengthen its senior management team with the recruitment of an experienced General Manager. This is a complex role that will require the successful candidate to possess strong man management and leadership skills for a significant team of colleagues. You will need to have proven project management skills along with a tenacious look to your work, whilst being an excellent communication who acts with great integrity.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all operational (warehouse and transport) functions for the depot, whilst leading energizing and developing team's members with in the functions.
This is an extremely diverse role that's main focus is day to day control and management of the site, looking at continues improvement, having a main focus on Health and Safety, as well as interacting with other functions to support the continuous development across the organization.

Skills & Experience
* Well experienced in Retail or 3pl logistics or manufacturing background with good understanding of continuous improvement and process flow.
* Experience in managing large teams and operations successfully, with attention to health & safety.
* Must have drive, ambition, desire attitude
* Commercially aware with the ability to understand how to measure commercial performance, being able to walk existing and new clients around site
* Excellent customer service focus
* Proven experience to champion Health and Safety on site
* Project management experience
* Displays integrity
* Ability to work with a budget and work to deadlines
* Ideally FMCG experience
Remuneration
£70,000 - £80,000 +Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
