Logistics General Manager

General Manager Park Royal £70,000 - £80,000 +Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Role Profile Based in Park Royal Cast UK's client is looking to strengthen its senior management team with the recruitment of an experienced General Manager. This is a complex role that will require the successful candidate to possess strong man management and leadership skills for a significant team of colleagues. You will need to have proven project management skills along with a tenacious look to your work, whilst being an excellent communication who acts with great integrity. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all operational (warehouse and transport) functions for the depot, whilst leading energizing and developing team's members with in the functions. This is an extremely diverse role that's main focus is day to day control and management of the site, looking at continues improvement, having a main focus on Health and Safety, as well as interacting with other functions to support the continuous development across the organization.
