Senior Contract Manager Manchester £75,000 Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing commercial landscaping companies and are currently on the lookout for a new Senior Contract Manager. The Senior Contract Manager will oversee a key client for the business and will contribute to the performance and growth of the division and ensure to exceed our client's expectations on safety, quality and operational delivery. Role * Managing multiple Contract Managers and teams to exceed targets * Oversee and implement all planning, safety and quality of work * Survey of sites to evaluate vegetation clearance work required and ensuring adequate resourcing to deliver * Understanding of working around and with electricity in accordance to health and safety precaution * Experience of leading teams and or coordinating the work of others * Must have excellent customer service skill & be results driven * Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills Must have * 5 or more year's relevant managerial and operational experience or equivalent relevant practical experience. * Previous experience in the rail industry * Experienced in effectively leading teams * Effective influencing and negotiating skills. * Knowledge and strong commercial acumen of tendering * Delivering outstanding customer service * Innovation and embracing change Interested in this great challenge?
