Customer Services and Logistics Administrator

Outskirts of York ( Own transport required)

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

My client really are an excellent business to work for, they offer a lovely working environment and team is very friendly and down to earth. Due to increased sales they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the team manager your duties will be varied and include;

- Process orders in an efficient and accurate manner using Sage
- Liaise with various transport companies, booking transport to ensure schedules are met
- Process and administrator forms, account applications and other requests as required
- Take ownership of tailored administrative processes for specific customer accounts
- Liaise with internal departments to manage a smooth order process
- Ad hoc duties as required

You will be a positive, focused individual who is able to work in collaboration with both internal and external customers. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
