Supply Chain and Purchase Order Coordinator: Due to sustained, impressive growth an experienced
supply chain professional with knowledge of sales order processing is required to join a growing team
for a rapidly expanding, leading healthcare company.

The successful candidate will join GAMA Healthcare, a dynamic and successful international
healthcare company specialising in the design, commercialisation, manufacture and distribution of
innovative, high quality infection control products. In less than 14 years revenues now account for a
turnover in excess of £33million and double-digit growth is forecasted over the next 5 years, by
expanding infection control sales and introducing innovative products into the wound care market.

The Clinell brand is well known to the NHS, providing a range of product lines for surface care,
hygiene monitoring, and patient skincare.

The successful candidate will process incoming purchase orders, monitor stock movement and
allocations in the warehouse, control international and UK transport and liaise with customers through
to delivery, whilst also processing orders in a timely manner.

In April 2018 GAMA Healthcare received the Queens Award for Enterprise in International Trade and
was also recognised by The Sunday Times for the HSBC International Track 200 Award.

Key requirements

 - Some previous experience in an administrative role in a logistics and supply chain
environment
- Customer service/ Sales Support
- Understanding of supply chains, stock management, export/import documentation knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- SAP B1 or similar ERP software experience
- Strong analytical, decision making and interaction skills
- UK Healthcare experience advantageous

- Excellent English-language written and verbal skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the sales order processing
- Liaise with sales, distributors and customers
- Previous experience in Stock management
- Previous experience in Inventory planning
- Use WMS to process orders
- Work with freight forwarders for cost effective global transportation
- Organise express and container deliveries direct to site.
- Acknowledge ongoing status of order to the customer.
- Continuously monitor all stocks allocated to Live Sales Orders for pro-forma and account
customers
- Manage costings
- Billing cross referencing
- Prepare documents for export
- Ensuring all invoices are processed in timely manner
